Our Philosophy
All children should be given the opportunity to enjoy a positive day camp experience. Camp at Silver Lake will provide the children with 30 hours of structured activities to meet their individual needs for movement, creativity and various sensory experiences. Group activities foster socialization and friendships with others

  Who Would benefit from this camp?

• Children who are actively able to participate in structured programs.

• Special needs may include ADD/ADHD.

The Facility

• Located in New Carlisle, Ohio at Silver Lake Beach
• 20 acre spring fed lake
• Sandy Beach
• 20 miles from Dayton
• Shelters in case of inclement weather
Our Staff

• Highly qualified with experience in pediatric occupational therapy, speech language and sensory integration

• Group leaders will be professionals and students with training in educational fields related to child development

• Behavior management assistance available

Camp dates Ages 6-12:
Session I   June 15-19, 2009 Monday-Friday NOW FULL
Session II  June 22-26, 2009 Monday-Friday  NOW FULL

Teen Camp
Ages 13-20		  
June 29 - July 2, 2009 Monday-Thursday  NOW FULL
Hours: 9:00 A.M. - 3:00 P.M.
Cost of Session:

Ages 6-12: $350.00 per session/camper

Teen Camp :$280.00 per camper

Each session must be paid in full at time of application

Family resources through your county MRDD may fund camperships. Call your county for more information 
Staff/Camper Ratio:  
1:2 (if 1:1 supervision is required a personal aide may attend with the camper)
